Pentecost (2).jpg

Pentecost (Whit Sunday)

50 days after Easter is Pentecost (meaning 50 in Greek), the festival commemorating the arrival of the Holy Spirit. It’s the birth of the Church!

While Jesus’ disciples were meeting together, a supernatural event occurred - the Holy Spirit arrived accompanied by wind and fire and filled them. Acts 2:1-4

The Church is still growing! Christians currently make up more than 2 billion of the world’s population, according to the World Population Review.

This Pentecost take time to worship, rejoice and thank God for Jesus, the Church and the gift of the Holy Spirit.
