Second Chance

The Second Chance sale, to purchase pre-worn school uniform, was held at St Petroc’s Church on August 24. Schools and PTAs provided the uniform and many people came to buy it. We see the sale as a chance for St Petroc’s Church to support the community and local families, no matter what their circumstances.

All money raised will be given to the schools in the new term:

Bodmin College £24

Berrycoombe Primary School £23

Beacon ACE Academy £13

St Mary’s Catholic Primary School £12.50

St Petroc’s C of E Primary School £10.50

Lanivet Community Primary School £3.50

(Nanstallon CP School could not be involved due to having a new uniform.)

We aim to do this again next August. It’s good to re-use.
